Cheryl Cahill, President.

Mrs. Cahill cofounded Precision Formulations in 2006 with her husband, Kurt Cahill, and Monty Lloyd. She directs the strategic positioning and the day-to-day operations of the Company. Mrs. Cahill possesses over 25 years of experience in the consumer nutrition industry.

Kurt Cahill, Chief Science and Engineering Officer. Co-Founder.

Mr. Cahill leads the New Product Development team and is responsible for customer interaction and education, flavor profiles, active ingredient testing, and shelf life testing. Mr. Cahill is also responsible for directly working with outside engineers to direct the development of Precision’s internal process automation. Mr. Cahill received a Food Science and Business Administration degree from La Salle University and an Operation/Engineering CPIM from the University of California, Irvine.

Monty Lloyd, Chief Operating Officer. Co-Founder.

Mr. Lloyd handles all responsibilities relating to scheduling, production, account, and inventory for Precision Formulations, ensuring on-time delivery of orders. Mr. Lloyd possesses extensive general management, manufacturing, supply chain and consulting experience in global financial operation and in the manufacturing industry producing sports nutrition, juices, and cosmetic products. Mr. Lloyd received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.

Tony Haddeman, Director of Supply Chain.

Mr. Haddeman oversees all supply chain operations. Mr. Haddeman is an eight-year veteran and retired Sergeant of the United States Army. Mr. Haddeman has formal training in operations, logistics and supply chain management. After his time in the military, Mr. Haddeman spent six years in management positions at Wal-Mart, fine tuning his supply chain management experience.

Barry Sanderson, Director of Engineering.

Mr. Sanderson is responsible for plant maintenance and processing technology. He has twenty years experience in field service engineering for high speed processing equipment manufacturers, eleven of which were in service management. Mr. Sanderson is a U.S. Army Cavalry veteran.

Albert Duran, Plant Manager.

Mr. Duran is responsible for all aspects of production including compounding, filling and packing for co-packing customers. Prior to becoming Plant Manager, Mr. Duran oversaw the receiving, shipping, pick/pack and inventory for Precision. Mr. Duran bring over 13 years experience in management and successfully meeting company goals.
